Core Massage & Bodywork Services

• Relaxing Therapeutic Massage – Calming, restorative massage designed to reset the nervous system and promote deep relaxation
• Myofascial Release – Focuses on easing restrictions in the fascia to improve mobility and relieve chronic tension
• Trigger Point Therapy – Targets specific areas of tension that refer pain to other parts of the body
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage – Gentle, rhythmic work supporting immune function and detoxification (50‑minute sessions)
• Hot Stone Massage – Soothing heated stones to promote relaxation and melt muscular tension (75 minutes)
• Himalayan Salt Stone Massage – Deeply relaxing stones known to decrease stress and encourage balance (75 minutes)
• Bamboo Massage – Warm bamboo tools used to encourage circulation and ease muscle tension
• Gua Sha Bodywork – Traditional technique supporting circulation, fascial release, and overall vitality
• Prenatal Massage – Available for eligible clients, 60‑minute sessions only (please call to inquire)

Coaching & Integrative Wellness

• Coaching‑Integrated Massage – Combines hands‑on bodywork with health, life, mindset, and transformational coaching for deeper mind‑body alignment
• Biomat® Sessions – Optional pre‑ or post‑massage enhancement supporting relaxation, recovery, and overall vitality. Stand alone session on the Biomat® are also available individually or in packages.

Special Add‑On Enhancements

Available during standard sessions for an elevated experience:

• Scalp treatment massage
• Sugar scrub foot massage
• Relax like Royalty massage – the R&R service is a spa inspired session – 60 or 90 minute

New Client Requirement

• All first‑time clients must book the New Client 60‑Minute Massage, which is scheduled for 90 minutes to allow time for intake and consultation
• Clients not seen in 6 months or longer are required to book a New Client session to complete a new intake form

Payment & Fees

• A 3.5%–4% credit/debit card processing fee applies to all card transactions
• Additional fees apply for off‑site, weekend, last‑minute, or outside availability sessions

Gratuity

• Tipping is entirely optional and left to the client’s discretion. Many clients choose to leave gratuity as a thank‑you for exceptional care.

Cancellation Policy

• A 25‑hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments to avoid being charged for the session
